SHIPPING

Packing and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Small items (spoons and copper and wood wall art) qualify for free shipping when you spend over $150.00.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes. We offer returns on all products in original condition within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packing materials. A refund will be issued once we receive the item. The purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping.

What if an item is damaged in shipping?

Please document the damage and contact the shipping company, all items are insured in transit. 

REPAIRS

What is the policy on repairs?

 If your carefully loved product is damaged during normal use, please reach out to us and we will work with you to help!

SPOON CARE

 How do I care for my hand carved wooden spoons?

In use, wash with mild soap and water by hand, drying immediately after. To refresh a surface that seems dry or fading, rub in some mineral oil, let sit for a few minutes, and wipe dry. Please don't use cooking oil, which can become stale. Currently I use walnut oil, but many of my spoons have been finished with mineral oil and butcher block oil; They are all food safe and offer the same appearance. Beeswax finishes are also lovely but wear away more quickly.

LIGHTING

How Do I install my wall lights?

Unless otherwise noted all illuminated wall pieces will need to be professionally installed by a licensed electrician. All of our lights use low heat LED bulbs. Please do not leave any handcrafted lights on when you are not using them.

Instructions for changing light bulbs is included with each lamp.
