These sculptural wall pieces are created by growing gourds in wood constraints. After harvesting, they are dried, cleaned, stained and sealed and then refined and varnished, and the parts reassembled. The process is a true collaboration between the artists and the plants. The resulting pieces reference their materiality, but create abstract, lyrical forms suitable to large wall spaces.
